5. Dispute Resolution

- Freeze the bet record — your bet slip, game log and balance snapshot are preserved.
- Request the game log — we contact the provider for the server-side game log and RNG seed.
- Independent review — the provider’s testing lab (GLI or BMM) reviews the log and issues a ruling.
- Refund if wrong — if the game malfunctioned, your stake and correct payout are credited within 48 hours.
- Explain if right — if the result was correct, we send you the game log and a written explanation.

6. Player Responsibilities
Fair play is a two-way street. Players must:
- Provide accurate information during registration and KYC
- Not create multiple accounts
