These terms govern your use of rs9bet.net and the RS9 Bet betting platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register. You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. Players from Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Sikkim are restricted from real-money betting.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate personal information during registration. One account per person. Multi-accounting will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is Rs 100 via UPI. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 100 via UPI. Withdrawals require KYC verification before processing. RS9 Bet processes UPI withdrawals within 6 hours during business hours (9 AM to 11 PM IST).
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of claiming. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, bonus hunting across opposite outcomes, and chip-dumping, will result in bonus forfeiture.
5. Betting Rules
Sports bets are settled based on the official result published by the governing body. If a match is abandoned before a ball is bowled, all single bets are voided and stakes refunded. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG or live dealer draw.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets. You may not use VPN to bypass state restrictions. You may not share your account with another person. Any of these activities will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
7. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. RS9 Bet may close or suspend accounts suspected of fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited activity. Remaining balances on legitimately closed accounts are refunded to the original deposit method.
8. Limitation of Liability
RS9 Bet is not liable for losses due to internet outages, device failure or third-party payment processor delays. Maximum liability for any dispute is limited to the amount held in your account at the time of the dispute.
9. Changes to Terms
RS9 Bet may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The current version date is shown at the bottom of this page.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, where RS9 Bet holds its eGaming license. Disputes are resolved through the Curaçao Gaming Control Board dispute resolution process.
